Candle Care When lighting your candle for the first time, burn for at least 3 but no more than 4 hours. Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Do not leave your candle unattended while burning. Do not burn candles near drapes or flammable objects. Trim the candle wick down to 1/4 inch before each burn. Do not store in direct sunlight. Keep candles away from children and pets.
Wax Melt Care Burn your wax melts in a designated wax warmer or burner. Do not add water to wax melt or wax warmer. Place your wax warmer in a safe, stable area, away from drafts and flammable objects. Do not leave your wax warmer unattended or leave it on for more than 3 hours. You can reuse your wax melt until the scent has faded. Once faded remove wax residue from wax burner and add a new melt.

Due to the nature of these items being handmade, they may have some minor imperfections such as: minor discoloration of the wax, slightly off-centered label or wicks, tiny markings on the outside of the jar, small wet spots, etc. None of these impact the quality of the candle.
