Processing Time

The time to prepare an order for shipping varies based on quantity and type of items purchased. We strive to ship out orders as quickly as possible and under most circumstances I will be able to ship out orders within 2 business days (i.e. Monday orders will ship by the end of day on Wednesday). For orders placed after normal business hours on Friday or over the weekend, expect your order to be shipped out by Tuesday evenings.

If for some reason there are additional delays with your order, we will communicate any delays with you via the email you entered at checkout.

Please note, processing time for wholesale and custom orders varies. Upon placing your custom and wholesale orders you will be provided with an estimated turn around time, typically 7-10 days.

Refills have a turn around time of 2-4 days.

Shipping Time

*All orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service.*

North America: 1-5  business days after a 2 (business) day processing time.

I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time depends on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.
